It was only six months ago that Omega last updated the Constellation Gents?collection with a major facelift across all fronts. Now, here we are to see the Omega Constellation Gents?watch collection get new 41mm variants with updated cases, dials, and movement.

Price & Availability: $5,850 for the all-steel version, $6,500 for steel with ceramic bezels, $8,650 for two-tone variants and $20,400 for the solid 18kt Sedna Gold Omega Constellation 41mm. Advertising MessageWhat's really new here over what we got six months ago is the larger case diameter: now reaching 41mm, as opposed to January's 39mm largest size. Part of the design remains the trademark claws at 3 and 9 o'clock on the bezel, a component that plays especially nicely when matched to a contrasting ceramic bezel. For those who are fans of the Constellation but the claws not so much, there's a comparably plain all-steel model that might just look the part in the metal.
The more slender hands and the indices "inspired by the Manhattan skyline, most notably the triangular facets of the Freedom Tower?of the latest generation Constellation models have now made it onto these 41mm-wide versions. The dials vary between "sun-brushed?(that's Omega-speak for sunburst) glossy options and others in a silk-embossed rhodium-gray. The bezels are in ceramic on all but the most "basic?reference, with Roman numerals etched and filled either with Liquidmetal or Ceragold. The almost completely straight lugs are retained on the 41mm version, keeping the spaceship-like side profile that is another charming ?0s touch to the Constellation Manhattan, originally launched in 1982.
Calibre Omega 8900, revealed through a sapphire crystal caseback, represents some proper horological muscle-flexing, as Omega does it. Anti-magnetic to 15,000 Gauss and put through the METAS-certified Master Chronometer in-house tests, the Constellation Gents?41mm is pulling no punches. Power reserve is a weekend-lasting 60 hours, courtesy of two barrels charmingly numbered Barrel One and Barrel Two on the caseback.
Advertising MessageThe Constellation ranks among Omega's hottest-selling collections and so it is understandable that the brand exercised caution when updating it for 2020. Keeping the confident, angular design and just sprinkling some ceramic magic over it was a wise thing to do. Although no diver, the absence of a 100-meter water resistance rating for absolute peace of mind is the only nit we can pick with the new Constellation Gents?41mm.
Available from September 2020, the Omega Constellation Gents?Collection 41mm will have prices range between $5,850 to $20,400. You can check the brand's official site for more information.
